INFORMATION SECURITY
Allofus Collaboration Project
The goal of this project is to design a way to address the negative effects of home delivery as a result of E-commerce. Our team focused on users information security and proposed a new method to store users' personal information by drawing.

DESIGN
Concept
The core of this idea is to reduce a certain level of personal information security risks by replacing traditional information label with personalised drawing. Considering a micro level, we first distinguish three stages that will be involved with our design — Customer online purchase stage, courier delivery stage and package identification stage.
Firstly, customer will be ask to draw anything they want in order to replace their shipping information before they place order. Then this drawing will be linked to their personal information, then send to the delivery company. This drawing will be printed on the package as an identification. Courier then will have a list of drawing which stored directions of destination, the system will provide a best routine for courier to do delivery. At the last stage, costumer need to show their drawings, which they download after completing their drawing, to the courier. By scanning the drawing the system can make an identification and complete the delivery.

RESEARCH
Secondary Research & Primary Research
Several research methods were selected in the research phase. Start with research around the topic to explore the field of e-commerce and home delivery. After narrowing down the specific direction, we did more research to gain information about users' understanding and response towards their personal information on the delivery package. Methods such as card sorting, interviews and observations were proceeded.
RESEARCH MODEL
Risk of personal information on the package
This model demonstrate the risks that users could faced if their personal information on the delivery package were leaked. This model also stated the reason why we want to propose a design around this issue.

DESIGN TESTING
Drawing Game Test
We selected participants whose age range from 20s to 60s in order to make sure people in different age can all compete it. Participants created unique drawings with same movement of the dot, which support our assumption that individual drawing are unique enough for an identification. All participants stated that the task is simple to do and they enjoy the “little game” that we designed.
